Mustang Creek is a D.R. Horton community off FM 1660 in northeast Hutto, Texas — zip code 78634. Construction began in January 2021. **There are no through roads.** Every street terminates or loops.

Lots run 0.14 to 0.18 acres. You are about four minutes from SH-130.

Nine D.R. Horton floor plans: 1,465 to 2,680 sq ft. Standard features include:

Samsung's $17B semiconductor facility is ~10 miles east. ~2,000 direct jobs plus thousands in supply chain. I talk to relocating Samsung employees — some have already bought in Mustang Creek. This demand driver is active and not fully reflected in current pricing.
